2. Data we process and purposes
We process personal data only where necessary to operate this website and to handle your enquiries:
- Contact requests. If you contact us by e-mail or phone (for example with a connectivity request), we process the data you provide — name, company, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your request — in order to answer your enquiry and to prepare an offer.
- Service relationships. For existing customers and partners, we process the data required to provide, operate and bill the contracted services, and to handle support tickets.
- Server log data. When you visit this website, basic technical data (IP address, browser type, referring page, time of access) are processed for the purpose of secure and stable operation of the site.
3. Retention
Contact requests that do not lead to a contract are stored for a maximum of 6 months and then deleted, unless a legal retention obligation applies. Data from service relationships are kept for the duration of the contract and the statutory retention periods that apply to us as a telecommunications provider.
